Labradoodles of Texas guarantees the puppy is in good health and has had its first round of immunizations. Buyer has three business days from the date of purchase to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of his/her choice to validate this warranty. If a pre-existing health condition is found buyer must provide Labradoodles of Texas with a written statement from a licensed veterinarian clearly stating the defect or illness.
Labradoodles of Texas reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a second veterinarian of the seller’s choice.
This warranty is valid for two years from the date of the sale against any debilitating congenital defects. If the puppy exhibits symptoms of a congenital defect the buyer must submit to seller veterinary records supporting this finding within seven days of notification.
This warranty does not include viral illnesses, infections, unhealthy weight, accidents or neglect. It also does not included illness do to ingestion of foreign objects, food or chemicals.
Furthermore, this warranty is contingent upon documentation of spay or neuter of the puppy presented to seller within six months of purchase unless a diagnosis is made by a licensed veterinarian prior to this six month period. If the puppy is not spayed or neutered within six months this warranty will become null and void.
Should a genetic disorder appear within 24 months of purchase and all above conditions have been met, including documentation of a veterinary examination within three business days of purchase, Labradoodles of Texas agrees to replace the puppy with one of equivalent quality from the first unreserved litter available or refund veterinary expenses not to exceed the original purchase price of the puppy. If the purchaser chooses to receive veterinary expenses this health guarantee will expire.
This warranty will be presented to buyer by seller on the date of purchase.
